The Daiwa 23 Free Swimmer BR LT 5000DC reel is light and robust equipped with a baitrunner system. The latest generation Airdrive rotor makes it light and responsive in recovery, while the clutch is the new ATD Type - L, softer and more progressive in recovery. Thanks to the special Bite N Run system, it is possible to calibrate the clutch to signal and support the very first escape of the fish: once it reaches the rod, turning the handle will automatically deactivate the baitrunner (operated by the lever on the foot) proceeding with the recovery with the clutch in "classic" mode. A perfect reel for feeder fishing or light carp fishing. Also excellent for sea fishing with the use of live bait.
