WARRANTY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
All products sold by Fishing Shopping.it are supported by the manufacturer's official guarantee. In the event of a product defect, the customer must keep the receipt or invoice that will be delivered together with the purchased material for the entire duration of the warranty. The product is covered by a warranty according to the law.
WARRANTY FOR GOODS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
The moment of delivery of the material is appropriate before the signature requested by the courier, carefully check that the packaging is intact and that the sealing tape is not tampered with, if you find damage to the packaging, ask to sign with the right of reserve. In case of damaged goods, we invite you to send an email to our address info@fishingshopping.it within 24 hours of receiving the package, with attached photographic documentation relating to the damaged goods, the email must also contain the reference of the order number.
With the opening of the file, we will proceed with the collection of the goods at your address and reimbursement of the expenses incurred or, at your request, with a new shipment of the goods, all at our expense.
