Shimano
Shimano's Sephia FuwaFuwa is a simple and versatile squid tataki with significant catch potential. The highly buoyant, watertight aerodynamic body combined with the heavy head allows a wide range of techniques to be used depending on the conditions. Although it is simple in shape and design, it can be used in many ways. Since the body does not absorb water, it maintains its maximum buoyancy, which is the secret of its effectiveness. The heavy head, combined with the floating body, creates an aggressive turning action when jigged vertically. However, when launched from shore or boat, it can be retrieved with large, slow jerks and then dropped back. This causes the lure to slide horizontally on, before plunging vertically downwards when stationary.
